Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of miracle-escorts.com and its language versions (the "Website"), operated under the name Miracle ("Miracle", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Website, creating an account or publishing a profile, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

1. About Miracle

1.1. Miracle is an online advertising directory. Independent adult advertisers ("Models") and agencies ("Agencies", together with Models the "Advertisers") publish their own profiles, and visitors can browse them, read reviews and contact Advertisers directly.

1.2. Miracle is not an escort agency. We do not employ Advertisers, we do not arrange, book or supervise meetings, we do not take part in any agreement between visitors and Advertisers and we do not receive payment for any meeting.

1.3. Any contact, arrangement or payment between a visitor and an Advertiser is solely between them. Advertisers offer their time and companionship. Nothing on the Website is an offer of sexual services for money, and any such offer is prohibited (see section 6).

2. Age and eligibility

2.1. The Website contains adult content and is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to access it.

2.2. You may not use the Website if viewing adult content is illegal where you are. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

2.3. By entering the Website you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may ask you to confirm your age at any time.

3. Accounts

3.1. Some features, such as publishing a profile, writing reviews or saving favourites across devices, require an account.

3.2. You must give accurate information, keep your login details secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3.3. One person may not create several accounts to avoid a suspension, manipulate reviews or mislead visitors.

4. Rules for Advertisers

By publishing a profile or agency page, Advertisers confirm and agree that:

4.1. Age. Every person shown or described on the profile is at least 18 years old, and the Advertiser can prove this at any time.

4.2. Consent and free will. Every person shown on the profile has given free, informed consent to be advertised and is acting of their own free will, without coercion, threats or control by anyone else.

4.3. Real and current content. Photos and videos show the person advertised, are recent and are not misleadingly edited. Descriptions, age, location and rates are accurate and kept up to date.

4.4. Rights to content. The Advertiser owns or has permission to use all photos, videos and texts they upload.

4.5. Verification. Miracle may ask for a verification selfie, video or identity document to confirm identity and age. Profiles may be hidden until verification is complete. Verification data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.6. Agencies confirm that every model they list has agreed to be listed, is at least 18, works with them voluntarily, and can contact Miracle directly if she wishes to have her profile removed.

4.7. Legal compliance. Advertisers are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to them, including laws on advertising, taxes, licensing and residence.

4.8. Moderation. Miracle may review, edit for format, reject, hide or remove any profile, photo or text at its discretion, including to comply with these Terms or the law.

5. Reviews

5.1. Reviews must describe your own real experience and be honest and fair.

5.2. Reviews must not contain personal data of anyone (such as real names, phone numbers or addresses), insults, threats, discrimination, explicit descriptions of sexual acts or claims you know to be false.

5.3. Advertisers may not write reviews about themselves, pay for reviews or offer anything in exchange for positive reviews or the removal of negative ones.

5.4. Miracle may moderate, refuse or remove reviews that break these rules. Reviews express the opinion of their authors, not of Miracle.

6. Prohibited content and behaviour

You may not use the Website to:

  • publish or request content involving anyone under 18, or anything that sexualises minors

  • advertise or facilitate human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation or any activity that takes place without the free consent of everyone involved

  • offer or request sexual services in exchange for money, or use coded language for this

  • publish photos or videos of anyone without their consent, including intimate images

  • impersonate another person or use someone else's photos

  • post illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property, or content promoting drugs, weapons or violence

  • harass, threaten, blackmail or stalk Advertisers, visitors or our staff

  • publish other people's personal data without permission

  • send spam, run scams or ask for advance payments under false pretences

  • scrape, copy or download content from the Website in bulk, or use bots to access it

  • attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or accounts

We report suspected exploitation of minors and human trafficking to the competent authorities. If you see anything suspicious, please use our Report Trafficking page.

7. Paid services

7.1. Some services for Advertisers, such as VIP placement or boosting a profile, may be paid. Prices, duration and what is included are shown before purchase.

7.2. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By paying, you also accept their terms.

7.3. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the service has started. If a profile is removed because it breaks these Terms, no refund is due for the remaining period. [Adjust to your actual refund policy.]

7.4. Paid placement does not mean that Miracle endorses or has checked the Advertiser beyond the moderation described in these Terms.

8. Content license

8.1. Advertisers and reviewers keep ownership of the content they upload.

8.2. By uploading content, you give Miracle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, resize, format, translate and show that content on the Website and its language versions, for as long as it remains published, and for a limited time afterwards in backups.

8.3. You can remove your content at any time by editing or deleting your profile or review.

9. Intellectual property of Miracle

The Website's design, logo, name, software, texts written by Miracle and the structure of the catalogue belong to Miracle or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Copyright complaints about content on the Website can be sent through our DMCA Removal page.

10. Suspension and termination

10.1. We may warn, suspend or close accounts and remove content without prior notice if we believe that these Terms or the law have been broken, if we receive a credible complaint, or to protect visitors, Advertisers or Miracle.

10.2. Where possible and appropriate, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond. You can ask us to review a moderation decision by emailing [[email protected]].

10.3. You can close your account at any time in your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Disclaimers

11.1. The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that all information on it is complete or up to date.

11.2. Although we moderate profiles and reviews, we cannot confirm every statement made by Advertisers or visitors. Verification badges only mean that the specific check described on our Badges page was passed at the time it was made.

11.3. You are responsible for your own decisions when contacting or meeting anyone you found through the Website. Please take reasonable care, never send money in advance through unusual methods and report anything suspicious to us.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracle is not liable for:

  • any meeting, agreement, payment or dispute between visitors and Advertisers

  • the content published by Advertisers or visitors

  • indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data

  • websites or services of third parties linked from the Website

12.2. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid to Miracle in the 12 months before the claim, or [EUR 100] if you paid nothing.

12.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Miracle for claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) caused by content you publish, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Third-party links

Profiles may contain links to Advertisers' websites or messaging apps. We don't control these services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If changes are significant, we will inform registered users by email or with a notice on the Website. If you keep using the Website after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law rules.
